As a veteran myself, I enjoy working with other veterans. I work best with clients who identify as GLBTQ as well as friends or family of this population. I work with both adolescents and adults. We work to undo the damage of being stereotyped, and isolated. I also understand individual chemical addiction issues. With Clinical Hypnotherapy (CH), I use metaphors to help understand concepts. CH is a powerful way to make changes quickly. I believe that one has to visualize what that change might be like in their lives in order to achieve permanent change and deal with the impact that change manifests. I also use CH for trauma processing, self-esteem building, and calming anxiety.
