My passion is for creating safe and healthy places for people to work together, breaking the cycle of trauma in our field.

As the Owner & Clinic Manager (plus all those fancy CEO-type titles that go along with it) at Iridescent Care Collaborative,  I’m what some may call the Head Bitch In Charge (HBIC). What that actually means is that I make sure our clinicians have everything they need in order to keep their clients happy AND to grow the practice of their dreams. I built Iridescent from the ground up and I provide business coaching to members who want to do the same for themselves.  On the business end of things, I wrangle the budget, which means I also have to be the adult in the room-- the one who says 'no' sometimes-- but only after I listen to the feedback of my members and administrative team.
