As the Operations Coordinator at Iridescent Care Collaborative, I dabble in a little bit of everything.  Dare I say... I coordinate the operations of the business.  What that means logistically is that I'm essentially the Vice Bitch In Charge (VBIC)-- also known as the right hand woman to our fearless leader, Sherry.  I am the head of the Administrative Team and help ensure that everyone knows what is needed, by when, and for whom, at any given moment.  In my day to day, I also assist in recruiting and onboarding new members, managing financial records and contracts, and developing structures and strategies for Iridescent's success in both the short- and long-terms.
