Chris Chiros
Clinical Director
I come to Iridescent with 21 years of clinical and healthcare administration experience, but I embrace the Iridescent value of taking the work super seriously, not taking myself super seriously. If you’ve read this far you are aware there is significant pressure for my title to be something with the words “Bitch” and “In Charge”. So far my top contenders are “Bitch Not Really In Charge but Helpful”, “UnderBitch in Charge”, and “ Clinical Bitch in Charge”. Regardless of what title I land on I am excited to lend my strengths to our group! My role is to support our associates' clinical work by providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance as needed to promote clinical excellence. I help clinicians successfully onboard and manage the learning curve that comes with being in any new space, whether you are joining us for a training experience or you are a seasoned clinician ready for a new chapter. I am the group's expert on the things we don't have to do very often but are really important (e.g., urgent/emergent clinical events, and mandatory reporting situations). I also ensure our policies, procedures, and documentation are in line with our state board requirements and insurance company standards (for those who take insurance).
